The plan formulates preservation, renovation, and reconstruction strategies based on building ownership and quality, reorganizes roads, green spaces, and open spaces, and introduces new-era industries such as intangible cultural heritage displays and cycling stations to create multifunctional nodes. This design integrates local elements through building renovation, paving, and lighting, fostering a dialogue between old and new. It analyzes the compatibility between spaces and activities, connects Youfang Alley to a broader contextual framework, and utilizes preserved buildings, courtyards, street crevices, and spaces under eaves to form diverse activity venues of varying scales.
