The revitalization design of Tongguan Old Street aims to enhance the vitality of the block and protect historical and cultural resources through comprehensive planning in four dimensions: culture, space, environment, and commerce. The design strategy includes organizing rich cultural activities, optimizing spatial layout, enhancing green landscapes, and innovating business models to create a diversified block that integrates social, recreational, cultural, and commercial functions. Through reasonable functional zoning, such as cultural activity areas, commercial areas, and leisure and social areas, as well as effective traffic organization and green design, Tongguan Old Street will become a vibrant urban landmark that blends history and modernity.
