The core of the concept is to create an orderly, organic "living city" by combining the theoretical cores of "city-water coupling" and "metabolism", which will recreate a healthy and friendly relationship between urban construction and the water environment. "The 'metabolism' theory is based on the idea of reshaping the relationship between urban construction and the water environment, creating an orderly, organic 'living city', separate from the ground. The city is divided from low to high into an ecological space on the ground floor, an elevated urban space for transport in the middle and a corridor for interaction in the upper floors. This restores the original ecological space of the site while enhancing the commuting efficiency of the site and the communication between industries. The vertical urban vertical space is developed with minimal impact on the site's internal footprint, leaving the site open to water, ecology and human activity.
