The project is located in the residential area of Shangbu Village, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with a building area of 5760m2. The original building had three floors before and was formerly a hotel, which is now unused and awaiting renovation. The location is in a mature living area. The design is based on a design strategy and then a modular approach to the building, with shared spaces and functional spaces being introduced according to the preliminary research and analysis. A detailed analysis of the space is presented in a graphic format.
