Under the background of "energy conservation and emission reduction" and "dual carbon target" proposed by my country, it is particularly important to achieve energy conservation goals while ensuring the comfort of building users. Macau Patane Library is a relatively closed space, so its indoor part has been transformed into passive energy-saving, reducing its annual energy consumption by about 11.84%, and a scientific layout has been proposed based on the indoor wind environment simulation diagram, so as to maintain the existing building properties, improve the internal thermal comfort and increase the internal air conversion to improve the air quality without affecting daily use, and at the same time achieve an effect of reducing energy consumption.
