The project is located in the Lot B12 of Macau New Urban Zone A, and its design will meet the material properties of public housing, strengthening its spiritual aspect of living. By bringing the commercial, residential, and social facilities, parking lots, and other functions of the podium closer to community functions, and connecting the central green corridor with the greenery of the area, the land boundary line of the area is broken, and the area is integrated into the community. On the residential floors of the tower, create multiple public platforms to meet the spiritual needs of different age groups such as the elderly, young children, and young people. Increase a large number of communication and green spaces, forming a multi-level social space, so that residents can enjoy going out of their homes and falling in love with their homes. Provide as many public places as possible to enhance the enjoyment of living, such as open platforms for different people and open spaces in podiums to meet living needs.
